My Somavedic journey started about three or four months ago, when I moved house and my naturopath recommended that I get one because I had been struggling with a lot of insomnia and chronic stress.
I got it, and as soon as I switched it on, I felt a really gentle energy emitting from it. I was very excited to plug it in at my new house.
I genuinely feel as though my relationship has completely transformed since I have had it, and I did not get it for that at all. I got it for my sleep, but it has definitely improved my sleep.
I find it has a very soft, safe, nurturing energy that I cannot really describe but can feel. I am so glad to have it.
