Question 1

Eligible devices can be returned within 60 days; review the full eligibility and return conditions before ordering. Devices carry a two-year warranty, and LED diodes are covered for five years. Contact support for the exact terms that apply to your order and market.

Question 2

What do Somavedic users commonly describe?

Accepted Answer

Owners often describe calmer evenings, steadier focus, a more settled feeling in the room, and smoother-tasting water. These are personal experiences, so the Customer Stories section keeps each account connected to its person, space, day, and model.

Question 3

What does Somavedic mean by structured water?

Accepted Answer

Somavedic uses structured water for water placed near a compatible model as part of everyday use. Customers commonly describe the water as tasting smoother, softer, or fresher. Explore the water guide and study pages for the process, microscopy, and source context.

Question 4

Where should I place my Somavedic?

Accepted Answer

Place it on a stable surface in the room where you spend the most time, ideally in a reasonably central and open position. Keep it away from direct heat, moisture, and places where it could be knocked over. Follow the product page for model-specific guidance.

Question 5

What is the difference between Somavedic models?

Accepted Answer

Models differ in Somavedic's strength scale, intended coverage, portability, materials, and water-structuring support. Vedic gen. 2 is the balanced all-round starting point, Amber is the most intensive standard model, Elaura is a compact premium choice, and Traveller is designed for life on the move.

Question 6

What is Somavedic and what does it do?

Accepted Answer

Somavedic is a powered wellness device for active environmental harmonization around Wi-Fi, 5G, and other electromagnetic fields. It is designed to support a calmer-feeling space while your Wi-Fi, phones, and other devices keep working normally. Selected models also structure nearby drinking water.

Question 7

How much care and electricity does Somavedic need?

Accepted Answer

Somavedic is designed for continuous, low-maintenance use. It has no filter, subscription, app, or calibration. Keep the glass body clean, protect it from moisture and impact, and follow the supplied power and safety instructions for your model.

Question 8

How long should I give the experience?

Accepted Answer

Some owners notice a change in the atmosphere or their day-to-day experience quickly, while others describe a more gradual experience. Keep placement and daily habits reasonably consistent, then use the 60-day return period on eligible devices to form your own view.

Question 9

How long should water stay near Somavedic?

Accepted Answer

Somavedic guidance recommends placing water near a compatible model for about 15–20 minutes. Many owners simply keep a glass carafe beside the device so it stays easy to repeat.

Question 10

Should Somavedic stay powered all the time?

Accepted Answer

For continuous use, keep the device powered as described in its setup instructions. There is no app, pairing, or daily activation. Portable models use their supplied power setup; check the individual product instructions before travel or vehicle use.

Question 11

Which Somavedic model should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Start with the space you want to support. Choose Vedic gen. 2 for a versatile home model, Amber for a larger or technology-dense space, Elaura for compact premium use, or Traveller for portable and vehicle use. Use the comparison page when two models seem close.

Question 12

How does Somavedic work?

Accepted Answer

When powered, the internal system of minerals, metals, and electronic components is designed to create a coherent harmonizing field around the device.

Question 13

How long does a Somavedic last?

Accepted Answer

Somavedic is designed as a long-term device that runs continuously for years, with no filters to replace and no scheduled maintenance beyond normal care of the glass body. Current storefront guidance lists a two-year warranty on devices and five years on LED diodes.

Question 14

What if I do not notice a difference?

Accepted Answer

The experience can be subtle and not everyone notices the same things. Review placement, keep the device powered as directed, and give it enough time. If the model is eligible and it is not right for you, review the 60-day return conditions or contact support.

Question 15

Which container should I use for water?

Accepted Answer

A clean glass or glass carafe is the simplest choice. Ceramic and stainless steel also work. Use a food-safe container, follow normal water-hygiene practices, and keep liquids where they cannot spill onto the device or power supply.

Question 16

Can I move my Somavedic between rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move it when your needs change, although many owners keep one model in their primary room for consistency. Compare intended coverage before choosing a permanent location or adding a companion model for another room, desk, or vehicle.

Question 17

What does intended coverage mean?

Accepted Answer

Intended coverage is a placement and model-fit guide for comparing rooms, open-plan areas, travel, and vehicle use. It describes where each model fits within the range — your devices and connectivity keep working normally.

Question 18

What evidence is available for Somavedic?

Accepted Answer

The Evidence section brings together a peer-reviewed cell-culture article, pilot and assessment reports, measured observations, and customer experiences. Each study page identifies the tested model, method, reported findings, company involvement, and limitations.

Question 19

How much electricity does Somavedic use?

Accepted Answer

Somavedic is designed for continuous use and draws very little power, comparable to a small nightlight, so running it around the clock has only a small effect on your electricity bill.

Question 20

How do I know my Somavedic is working?

Accepted Answer

The device runs continuously while powered and is intended to create its harmonizing field around the space. Every space and every person is different, so there is no universal timeline. Keep placement consistent and use the 60-day return period on eligible devices to form your own impression.

Question 21

Does structured water taste different?

Accepted Answer

In customer stories, owners often describe the water as smoother, softer, or fresher. Any taste difference is typically subtle, and the process itself, placing a glass or carafe near a compatible model for about 15–20 minutes, is intentionally simple.

Question 22

Can I use Somavedic alongside other wellness devices?

Question 23

Do I need one Somavedic per room?

Accepted Answer

Question 24

Is Somavedic a medical device?

Accepted Answer

No. Somavedic is an active wellness device designed to harmonize the environment around Wi-Fi, 5G, and everyday electronics; selected models also structure nearby drinking water. For symptoms, a diagnosis, medication, or other health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
